Ms. Tiziana Sucharitkul. Ms Sucharitkul became the Director of the Dispute Resolution Department in 2005. She is a US licensed attorney. Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Ms. Sucharitkul practiced with the New York firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy. Ms. Sucharitkul received her bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from Mount Holyoke College, her master’s degree from the University of Virginia, and a JD degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Some of Ms. Sucharitkul’s most notable clients include Microsoft, Maybank International (L) Ltd., Philip Morris Products S.A., and Neptune Orient Lines. Ms. Sucharitkul was named as one of Thailand’s leading dispute resolution lawyers in the 2005/2006, 2006/2007, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 editions of Asia Pacific Legal 500. She was also nominated as a candidate for inclusion in the 2006-2007 edition of International Who's Who of Professionals.
Mr. Thawat Damsa-ard. Mr. Damsa-ard was named a Leading Individual in dispute resolution in the 2003/2004, 2004/2005, 2005/2006, 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 editions of Asia Pacific Legal 500, a Leading Lawyer in Dispute Resolution in the 2009 edition of Chambers Asia, and remains among the top litigation attorneys in Thailand. He was also nominated as a candidate for inclusion in the 2005-2006 edition of International Who's Who of Professionals. In 2005, he received an award from The Court of Appeal for his contribution to the law journal, Extradition: Theory and Procedure, and in 2006 was appointed to the Board of Consultants of the Economic and Cyber-Crime Division, The Royal Thai Police Department. Mr. Damsa-ard has six years of experience as a finance/accounting manager at CP Group and over ten years of experience as a highly successful trial and arbitration attorney in commercial, trade, banking, construction, taxation, and white collar criminal cases.
